The Department of Environmental Quality has prepared a Department Decision on Montana Air Quality Permit #2667-15, for Weyerhaeuser–Columbia Falls.
A final Decision on the Environmental Assessment (Final EA) analyzing potential impacts of the proposed permit action on the Montana environment has also been prepared and is linked below the DD in this email. This DD, and associated Final EA, are issued by DEQ pursuant to §§ 75-1-101, et. seq, and 75-2-201, et. seq, Montana Code Annotated.
