The Department of Environmental Quality has prepared a Department Decision (DD) on Montana Air Quality Permit #5361-00, for NYDIG DFM LLC – Star CDP.

A final Decision on the Environmental Assessment (Final EA) analyzing potential impacts of the proposed permit action on the Montana environment has also been prepared and is linked below the DD.
