The Department of Environmental Quality has prepared a Department Decision (DD) on Montana Air Quality Permit #5358-00, for Northwestern Energy – Bear Paw Compressor Station.

A final Decision on the Environmental Assessment (Final EA) analyzing potential impacts of the proposed permit action on the Montana environment has also been prepared and is linked below the DD.

This DD, and associated Final EA, are issued by DEQ pursuant to §§ 75-1-101, et. seq, and 75-2-201, et. seq, Montana Code Annotated.
