Underground Storage Tank Program | Rule Adoption Notice Regarding MAR Notice 2026-71.2
DEQ has amended Title 17, chapter 56 of the Administrative Rules of Montana, pertaining to Title 75, chapter 11, Underground Storage Tanks, Montana Code Annotated.
On May 22, 2026, the Department of Environmental Quality published MAR Notice No. 2026- 71.1 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule within Issue Number 10.
The department has amended the above-stated rules as proposed.
The effective date of this change will be September 26, 2026.
