Subdivisions | Proposed Sapphire Grill | Final Environmental Assessment | Darby, MT
To comply with the Montana Environmental Policy Act, the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) prepared a final environmental assessment (Final EA) regarding the approval of the Sapphire Grill Property in Darby, MT under the Sanitation in Subdivisions Act (MCA 76-4).
DEQ published the Draft EA for a public comment period that started July 23, 2034, and ended August 22, 2024.
DEQ received five submissions with comments covering several topics from the Draft EA and Proposed Action. DEQ read, summarized, combined, and considered the substantive elements from the comments. These responses can be found attached to the Final EA.
The Proposed Action is approved.
