Motor Vehicle Recycling and Disposal Program | Rule Adoption Notice Regarding MAR Notice 2026-45
DEQ has amended Title 17, chapter 50 of the Administrative Rules of Montana, pertaining to Title 75, chapter 10, part 5 Motor Vehicle Recycling and Disposal Act, Montana Code Annotated.
On May 8, 2026, the Department of Environmental Quality published MAR Notice No. 2026- 45 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule within Issue Number 6.
The department has amended the above-stated rules as proposed.
The effective date of this change will be August 8, 2026.
