Hazardous Waste Program | Rule adoption notice regarding MAR Notice 2026-475.2
DEQ has amended Title 17, chapter 53 of the Administrative Rules of Montana (ARM), pertaining to Title 75, chapter 10, part 4 Hazardous Waste Management, Montana Code Annotated.
On June 19, 2026, the Department of Environmental Quality published MAR Notice No. 2026- 475.1 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule within Issue Number 12.
The department has amended the above-stated rules as proposed and has amended 17.53.207(1) with changes.
The effective date of this change will be September 05, 2026.
