State Superfund Program | Comprehensive Environmental Cleanup and Responsibility Act | Rule Adoption Notice Regarding MAR Notice 2026-52
DEQ has amended Title 17, chapter 55 of the Administrative Rules of Montana, pertaining to Title 75, chapter 10, part 7 Montana Comprehensive Environmental Cleanup and Responsibility Act (CECRA), Montana Code Annotated.
On May 08, 2026, the Department of Environmental Quality published within the Montana Administrative Register (MAR) Notice 2026-52 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rules.
The department has amended the above-stated rules as proposed.
The effective date of this change will be July 25, 2026.
