Asbestos Control Program | Rule adoption notice regarding MAR Notice 2026-46
DEQ has amended Title 17, chapter 74 of the Administrative Rules of Montana, pertaining to Title 75, chapter 2, part 5 Asbestos Control, Montana Code Annotated.
On May 08, 2026, the Department of Environmental Quality published MAR Notice 2026-46.1 pertaining to the proposed amendment of the above-stated rule within Issue Number 10.
The department has amended the above-stated rules as proposed.
The effective date of this change will be August 8, 2026.
