The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) will be hosting a series of public meetings for a proposed 647-mile, 36-inch buried pipeline to transport about 550,000 barrels of crude oil daily from the Canadian border in Phillips County, Montana, to an existing terminal near Guernsey, Wyoming.
