Waste Management Bureau | Under Pressure Septic Pumping LLC Land Application Site Draft Environmental Assessment | Culbertson, MT | Comment Period Ends September 13, 2026
To comply with the Montana Environmental Policy Act, the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) prepared a draft environmental assessment (Draft EA) regarding the proposed Under Pressure Septic Pumping land application site in Culbertson, Montana.
The proposal includes the land application of septage on approximately 20 acres of private property located approximately four miles northeast of Culbertson, Montana.
The purpose of the Draft EA is to inform the public of the proposed action and to seek participation in the decision-making process.
