The Opencut Section has received a Complete Amendment Application for Sparrow Enterprises Inc - Valley Drive - 1710 and a Complete Assignment Application for Knife River – Valley Drive – 3815 in Lewis & Clark County.

These two application are being processed simultaneously and upon approval permit 1710 will become permit 3815.

Comments will be accepted for this site throughout the permitting process. Thank you for taking the time to comment on this application.
