Opencut Mining | Schellinger Construction Co Inc – Holland | Beaverhead County | Accepting Comments
The Opencut Mining Section has received a complete Permit Application from Schellinger Construction Co, Inc. for the Holland site (OC#3530) in Beaverhead County. Schellinger Construction Co Inc. has proposed a 37.1-acre gravel and borrow material Opencut operation near Dillon, MT. The final reclamation date for this project would be December 2043.
DEQ is preparing an environmental review and the permit application is being reviewed for compliance with the Opencut Mining act (§ 82-4-4, MCA).
