Notice is hereby given that Navajo Transitional Energy Company, LLC. , with its offices located
at: 285 Interlocken Crescent, Suite 400 Broomfield, Co 80021, has filed an application with the
Coal Section, Mining Bureau of the Department of Environmental Quality for bond release SL20
of Spring Creek Mine, Permit C1979012, which was originally permitted OR last renewed on
April 11, 2024.
