Notice is hereby given that Westmoreland Rosebud Mining LLC, with its offices located at: PO Box 99,
Colstrip, Montana 59323, has filed an application with the Coal Section, Mining Bureau of the
Department of Environmental Quality for bond release SL26 of Area C, Permit C1985003C, which was
originally permitted on August 20, 1982.
