The legal description of the facility is, HEWINS ADDN, S28, T10 N, R03 W, BLOCK 4, Lot 10, & N10' VAC ALLEY COS #3051260.  The applicant is applying to license approximately 1 acre of the 1.45-acre parcel.

The purpose of this notice is to disclose to the public receipt of the application and the proposed location.  An environmental assessment may be published, and public comment may be solicited at that point.
