A determination has been made by DEQ to reissue a Montana Ground Water Pollution Control System (MGWPCS) permit, MTX000105, to DRH Chico Tenant, LLC for the Chico Hot Springs Resort and Day Spa. This permitting action authorizes discharge of treated wastewater to ground water. The scope of this permitting action is for the operation and maintenance of the existing wastewater treatment and disposal system.

The facility uses pressure dosed drainfields (Outfall 001) to discharge treated wastewater to underlying groundwater. The facility’s location is Section 01, Township 06 South, Range 08 East, Park County; Latitude: 45.34001°, Longitude: -110.69501°.
