The Montana DEQ is accepting public comments on the Lakeside Hills Subdivision Project, located near Lakeside in Flathead County. The project will develop approximately 3.05 acres of vacant land located west of Lakeside along Bierney Creek Road. The project consists of developing eight single family lots and construction of a cul-de-sac for access and water and sewer utilities to serve the lots. The site would use the Lakeside County Water and Sewer District (PWSID #MT0000266) public water system for domestic water supply, and a sewer connection to Lakeside County Water and Sewer District (LCWSD) for wastewater. The water and wastewater collection mains would be owned and operated by Lakeside County Water and Sewer District.

The project is located in Township 26 North, Range 21 West, Section 12 at the intersection of Bierney Creek Road and Shelter Cove in Lakeside.
