Hard Rock Mining | Proposed Bond Release for Green Diamond Resource Company – Twin Creek Rock Site – Permit No. 00203 | Comment Period Closes March 27, 2025

DEQ is seeking public comment on a proposed partial bond release for Green Diamond Resource Company. DEQ currently holds a reclamation bond in the amount of $95,676 for the permit. DEQ is proposing to release $38,464 and retain $57,212. The decrease in the bond amount is due to completion of reclamation performed by the operator.
