Background

The Department of Environmental Quality proposes to amendment of ARM 17.86.102, 17.86.107, and 17.86.112 and the adopt New Rule I – Decommissioning Lien.

These changes are to reflect House Bill 31, from the 2025 Legislative Session.

 

Hearing

A hearing will be held on March 27, 2026 at 1:00 PM. In the Wilderness Room at 2401 Colonial Drive, Helena, MT 59601.
