The Opencut Section has received a complete Amendment Application for Casino Creek Enterprises - Plant - 1100 and a complete Assignment Application for Casino Creek Enterprises LLC - Plant - 3762 in Fergus County.

These two applications are being processed simultaneously and upon approval, permit 1100 will become permit 3762.
