Air Quality | Weyerhaeuser NR Company – Evergreen Facility| Public Comment Period Ends December 31, 2025
The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has prepared a Preliminary Determination (PD) for Montana Air Quality Permit #2602-14, for Weyerhaeuser NR Company – Evergreen Facility.
A Draft Environmental Assessment (Draft EA) analyzing potential impacts of the proposed permit action on the affected human environment has also been prepared and is attached to the PD. This PD, and associated Draft EA, are issued by DEQ pursuant to §§ 75-1-101, et. seq, and 75-2-201, et. seq, Montana Code Annotated.
