This fifth generation General Permit covers discharges of storm water from Small MS4s including storm water runoff, snow melt, surface runoff, and/or drainage that transports pollutants to waterways via storm sewer systems. The renewal is for a five-year cycle and will continue to provide protection of state waters by requiring owner/operators to maintain, update, and enforce a Storm Water Management Program.
