Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Advisory Committee
The Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Advisory Committee consists of one member from the Montana League of Cities and Towns, one member from the Montana Association of Counties, one member from the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation, one member from the Department of Environmental Quality, two members from the Joint Legislative Subcommittee on Natural Resources with one being from the House of Representatives and one from the Senate and they may not represent the same political party. The DWSRF Advisory Committee is authorized under section 75-6-231 of the Montana Code Annotated. This Advisory Committee advises DEQ and DNRC on policy decisions that arise in developing and implementing the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, and it reviews the program's annual Intended Use Plan.
