Federal Reviews of
Montana DEQ ARRA Programs
Every award of American Recovery and Reinvestment dollars to the Montana Department of Environmental Quality contains conditions for performance. Many of these requirements are about getting the dollars out to construction or other environmental improvements in a timely manner and putting people to work. The DEQ strives to move quickly to meet the intent of these awards while spending the money to improve infrastructure, to clean up the environment and to become more energy efficient. The reports below address how we are doing with the awards as federal agencies look over our work and records for spending the stimulus money.
