The Montana Climate Change Council will hold its first conference call Tuesday, Aug. 13, from 2:00 - 4:00  p.m. The meeting will mark the first official convening of the newly appointed Council and will serve to launch the Council's work plan. Agenda items will include:

- Schedule and timelines
- Consideration of suggestions for possible outside expertise
- Discussion of general ground rules and how the Council will operate
- Discussion of the Governor's expectations relevant to the work product of the Council
- Solicitation of volunteers to lead the Council's committees and lead preparation for the Council's next meeting
