- Does STAG support DEQ’s proposed ranking approach for 2006 and 2007 scheduled TMDLs?
STAG feedback – drawbacks, considerations on DEQ’s current direction for assigning responsibility – 1) local participation and support; 2) Likelihood of implementation success; 3) resource of state-wide interest; 4) staffing capabilities; and 5) jurisdictional challenges.
