Redesignation of the Libby particulate matter smaller than 10 microns (PM10) nonattainment area to attainment and a proposed Libby Attainment Area Maintenance Plan.  

The Libby PM10 nonattainment area has attained the 1987 PM10 National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).  The Department has provided a demonstration that the area has attained and will maintain compliance with the 1987 PM10 NAAQS.
