Unit Cost Worksheets
INTRODUCTION
Unit Cost Worksheets are designed to ease the proposed
work by environmental consultants for approval by DEQ-PTS and the
Petroleum Tank Release Compensation Board. The links will provide the most recent
version of unit costs as of the last update to the page as provided
below. All work must be approved prior to work being
conducted. If there are any questions, please contact the case
manager for the release in question.
You will need Adobe 5.0 or higher to use online input forms properly. The forms
below can be filled out on-line, then printed, signed, and sent to DEQ.
Some of the more complex forms will take longer to download so please be patient.
