EPA IDENTIFICATION NUMBER

LQHUW are required to obtain an
EPA identification
number for their universal waste activities before meeting or exceeding the 5,000
kilograms storage limit.
To obtain an EPA ID number you must fill out an EPA Form 8700-12
and submit the form to: (A registration fee may be required to
complete registration.)
