DEQ, Flathead County agree to resolve Air Quality Act violation

HELENA -- The Flathead County Road Department failed to submit air quality source test results within 60 days of completion and failed to comply with an air quality permit condition at a portable asphalt facility in Kalispell. Flathead County corrected the violations promptly and paid a $6,300 penalty for the violations at the facility.
