Billings station agrees to leak detection, re-inspection and administrative penalty

HELENA -- Dilorenzo’s Company entered into an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) to resolve violations that occurred at Deedles Market in Billings. The violations were for failure to obtain a compliance inspection before the due date, failure to conduct leak detection monitoring and failure to correct the violations within the allotted timeframe. The AOC requires that leak detection be conducted monthly, a re-inspection obtained showing the violations have been corrected and payment of a $2,430 administrative penalty.
